It's a metal bracket that bolts to the block and the back side of the throttle body. Throttle body removed. The green ring is an o-ring. I'd recommend you apply some motor oil to lube it up some for re-installation. follow the steps in reverse to get it all back together and don't forget to reinstall the AIT sensor.
