It is either a bug, or a feature (I'm not sure on either) where OFTEN, the faction leader, or their number 2 in charge (Monchug, mesui example..) can't be Immediately ransomed. You can just go to tavern and ransom everyone. But can't do it individually. They also have no ARROW, to assign them to YOUR dungeon (or push to the sell side in tavern).149K subscribers in the Bannerlord community. I just need to get started with my first fief. I remember from back when I first played it, becoming a vassal can get you shafted quite a lot so I thought going for
Grandmaster Knight. Oct 21, 2008. #6. You can use it though. Go to the king and join as a vassal - this negates your mercenary contract. And now revoke your oath. To do this you need enough reknown (to join as a vassal) and the king will like you less.
