ANCwise, XM4 will win because it's a headphone so naturally it blocks noise better. But I wouldn't call the airpods pro bad at all, I used it on the airplane just yesterday, extremely effective. I don't think you can go wrong with any of them. Sound wise, airpods pro wins by a far and wide margin in every aspect, especially the tonality.
